About Sybil
Sybil Lane was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana. Sybil’s mother owns a
daycare center in Indiana so Sybil learned from a very young age the
importance of early childhood education.
Sybil, also having a love for children and education, received a Child Care
Certification from Muncie Career Center in June 1993.
Now, Sybil is a homeschooling mother of 4 boys, CJ (16), Damian (13),
Brendan (9), and Aodhan (1) or as they have come to be called A, B, C, D!
As if 4 boys didn’t keep her busy, Sybil was a substitute teacher for the past
3 years. Sybil has personally used the Baby Signs® Program with her
youngest son since he was 8 months old. When she saw her sons eyes light
up as he began to recognize signs and then he began communicating on
this own through signing, Sybil knew the Baby Signs® Program was
something she wanted to share with other mothers and their babies.
In September 2010, Sybil became a Baby Signs® Independent Certified
Instructor. Continuing her love for education, Sybil also became an Early
Childhood Educator Trainer and On The Grow™ Educator. She is excited to
be able to offer a wide variety of services to the community.
