Policies & Registration
Play Classes
A parent or legal guardian must accompany all children for the duration of all classes.
Additional Siblings in Play Classes
Parents who wish to enroll two or more children under the age of 3 will be charged the full enrollment for the first child and $40 for each additional child. One Say & Play kit will be provided per family.
Additional Adults in Play Classes with paying participants
Guest one time drop in = FREE
Guest enrollment for entire 6 weeks = $45
Occasional guest drop in = $10 per class attended
Drop in off the street with NO paying participant = $23
NOTE: You must pay the full course price to receive a kit. One kit per family.
Enrollment Minimums
Classes not meeting enrollment minimums may be cancelled or rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion. Participants who have already registered and paid will be offered a refund.
Registration & Payment
Payment is due at the time of registration or first day of class. (discuss with instructor) Cash or cheque is preferred method of payment but email transfers also accepted.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given for cancellations made fewer than 48 hours from the beginning of the class. The canceling participant may claim their product kit at anytime. Cancellations prior to 48 hours will receive a full refund. Participants who start a 6-week class series and are unable to finish will be offered the opportunity to attend a “make up” class at a later day if space is available.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the product price. Returned products must be unopened, contain all of their original components and be undamaged. Damaged or defective items may be exchanged for the same product if returned within 30 days of the original receipt.
Nondiscrimination Policy
Baby Signs with Sticky Hands strictly adheres to the Baby Signs Inc. policy of nondiscrimination by reason of race, creed, color, sex, age, or sexual orientation.

A note to each participant:
I am so proud of all of you for choosing to sign with your baby before they can talk. You alone with be effective in reducing the amount of tantrums, tears and frustration. Not only will you feel more confident as a parent/caregiver, you will strengthen your parent - child bond. Using sign with your baby will not only increase their language skills and IQ but also help boost self-esteem and self-confidence in you and your child!
