About Me

Michelle Cromeenes has been an Independent Certified Instructor for the Baby Signs® Program since 2004. Her goal as a representative for the Baby Signs® Program is to spread the benefits of the research based program to families and educators in the greater Sacramento Area. Michelle learned American Sign Language in grade school in order to communicate with Deaf relatives. She is a mother of 5 year old twins and experienced the benefits of the Baby Signs® Program on a daily basis.

Michelle's business history includes over 12 years of experience in training, motivating and developing people. This includes over 10 years of management and customer service, as well as project and process management. Over the years, she has developed and facilitated workshops and training programs covering customer service, team building, quality assurance and business processes and procedures. She has also worked in administration for several years and has skills in personnel management, scheduling, as well as staffing.

Michelle studied Human Development and Animal Science at University of California at Davis, which included 12 units of Early Childhood Education. She is actively involved in AWEMOMs (Mothers of Multiples Club), Sharing Parents Support Group and a founding member of the Family Resource Connection.
