Baby Signs® Presents:







Baby Signs is “on the grow” with new classes that cover topics and ages well beyond the focus of our traditional signing agenda. The new program, called On the Grow™, offers fun and exciting classes for parents and children (from birth to age 5) to enjoy together. Meet other families while discovering easy ways to make the most of your child’s earliest years, all in the context of delightful games, songs, and activities. Delivered by our own On the Grow™ Educators, these short, 45-minute classes go beyond signing to draw from Dr. Linda Acredolo and Dr. Susan Goodwyn’s other two best-selling parenting books, Baby Minds and Baby Hearts, with topics as diverse as “tummy time” for infants and nature themes for preschoolers.

On the Grow™ Classes

For Infants:
Learn valuable strategies for this important stage of development through engaging songs and activities in a play-class setting. For babies 2 to 6 mths. Cost 45.00 for four-class series.

New baby in the house or almost here? Concerned about how older siblings (2 - 5 yrs. old) will handle it? This class is for you. A one-time 45 min. class to learn activities your older child can do with the new baby at home to help promote positive sibling relations. Cost - $15.00 for mom, baby and child (doll will be used if baby isn't here yet).

For Toddlers and Older Children:

This 45 minute class teaches fun activities and games to help children explore the colors in the world around them as they begin learning classification skills. Learn ASL color signs and how colors help children build a foundation for future learning. Ideal ages 18 mths. to 4 yrs. Cost - $15.00 for 45 min. class.

Learn simple signs for animals under the sea through fun songs, games and activities. This class also provides tips and strategies from Drs. Acredolo and Goodwyn to help you teach our child self-control. Ideal for ages 2-5 yrs. Cost - $15.00 for 45 minute class.

It's time to wiggle, dance, twist and turn! Parents will discover how music promotes language, cognitive, social and physical development while children learn how much fun it is to Move & Groove! Ideal for ages 18 mths. to 3 yrs.
Cost - $15.00 for 45 minute class.

For Childcare Centers

Infant Development Workshop - 1 1/2 hour workshop provides infant teachers concrete activities to use with babies in their care. Teachers will explore vision, physical, cognitive and language development in babies along with the developmental basis for each of the activities. 3-teacher minimum for workshop ($20 per teacher). Includes test at the end and certificate for each teacher. Call to schedule yours today! Training will be at your childcare center.
